Yes. Each completed render is kept as a version in your cover history. You can experiment with different titles, fonts, colors, images, and placements without losing the earlier result.
When you open an older version, review which trim size it belongs to before making more changes. Render history is especially useful when comparing ebook typography or deciding which front image should be used for a print cover.
