Can I drag or resize elements directly on the cover?

Yes. After the cover has been rendered at least once, supported text and graphic layers can be selected in the editor and moved or resized directly. This gives you a visual way to refine placement in addition to the numeric controls.

Keep important text and graphics away from the outer edge. For print projects, remember that artwork can extend into the bleed, but text, logos, and other essential details should remain safely inside the trim area.
