Yes, we have a standard policy regarding the timeline for edits and file storage:

• 12-Month Edit Guarantee: We guarantee the ability to make edits to your cover for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot ensure that the original files will remain fully editable, as changes in font licensing or software updates may affect how the design renders.

• File Retention: We keep your rendered files on our servers for at least one year. Beyond that timeframe, we cannot guarantee the continued storage of your files due to ongoing server costs and system upgrades.
